Pre- and Postnatal Exercise Specialist

Meet Helen, international heptathlete turned personal trainer with a fervent dedication to women's health.

 

Armed with a master's degree in Sports Medicine, Exercise, and Health, and a specialist qualification in pre and postnatal exercise, she is your ally in achieving your fitness goals. 

 

As a mother of two young girls, Helen blends personal and professional expertise to empower & educate women on their fitness journey. 

 

Whether you're pursuing prenatal fitness, postnatal strength or overall wellness, Helen's passion and qualifications converge to support and inspire your goals.

 

Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. Helen's method is to build a custom plan based on your health, life challenges and (most importantly), personal fitness goals.

 

Helen will guide and coach you to transform your body in a fun yet challenging way. She will endeavour to influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health and wellness when not in her company.

Helen has been a fantastic coach for me.
