Hello, i'm Helen.

Your Fitness Guru

I'm a retired international heptathlete turned personal trainer. I have a passion and dedication to women's health, sparked by my own experience of exercise in pregnancy and subsequent recovery from a challenging birth!

 

Armed with a master's degree in Sports Medicine, Exercise, and Health, and a specialist qualification in pre and postnatal exercise, you are safe in the knowledge that I will be your personal expert & ally in achieving your fitness goals. 

 

As a mother of two young girls, I blend personal and professional expertise to empower & educate women on their fitness journey. Whether you're pursuing fitness during pregnancy, building postnatal strength to thrive as your baby grows, or overall wellness, my passion and qualifications converge to support and inspire your goals.

Every body is unique, with a different journey and story to tell. I do not believe in the 'bounce back' notion, I will support you in growing and honing who you are now. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, lifestyle challenges and (most importantly), personal fitness goals.

 

I will be your guide, teacher and cheerleader to support and inspire your fitness journey in a fun yet challenging way. There may be an achy muscle or two along the way, but I believe  exercise is to be enjoyed, not dreaded, and supporting you is a privilege and a pleasure.
