I wanted to keep as fit as possible throughout my pregnancy but felt a little nervous because I knew I had to modify exercises to make sure I was safe. 

Helen’s knowledge and expertise was so reassuring, she gave me the confidence to train safely. What I really appreciated was her flexibility and tailored approach to ensure I got what I wanted out of each session.

Helen has been a fantastic coach for me.

As Helen is a retired heptathlete, I knew she was going to be knowledgeable on how to achieve my goals... The regime that Helen has written for me is simply outstanding. It’s perfectly suited to me; it’s challenging yet I find it so rewarding. 

I definitely feel stronger and I’m only 4 weeks in and starting to see changes that I was hoping for. 

Helen checks in with me every week to see how I’m getting on and whether she needs to adapt anything for me; she genuinely cares !

Helen is by far the best PT I have ever had (and I’ve had a few!). The knowledge that she has is what makes her so good, on top of the fact that she is so motivating!
