With customised workout plans and regular check-ins, you’ll have the accountability and motivation you need to succeed. Train on your own time and schedule, while still receiving expertise and guidance. Start your fitness journey today with Fitness By Helen’s Remote Programming. The package runs in 12-week blocks to ensure you are making progress & still find it challenging & rewarding. This package includes an initial discovery session (in person or via zoom), weekly check-in calls, and guidance with lifestyle, nutrition and healthy habits to make sustainable changes for a fitter, healthier & more empowered and confident you.
