All women who want to make sustainable, healthy changes, build strength & functional fitness for life. What will it involve? 🏋️♀️ Weekly small group PT sessions - to learn exercises, form & practice functional movements building strength & fitness. Lunchtime or Evening session options. 🏠 Personalised home & gym workouts - to compound your learning, increase your activity, build strength & confidence. 🍯 Nutrition guidance to fuel and energise your body in the right way. 🍎 Healthy Habit Stacking to make long term changes. 🤝 Supportive community - to never be alone on this journey.
